We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
Your refund will be:

Approved/refunded to your original payment method, or

Declined if the item is not in acceptable condition.
Processing Time: Refunds usually take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
